I work remotely from my home studio in Leicester - I can work either collaboratively or behind the scenes as a white-label developer on a project by project basis with fixed price quotes. I also provide maintenance contracts for ongoing support.

I run Unseen Digital, my studio, which is a limited company (Company Number: 16866026. Registered office: Suite B11, Swan House, Bosworth Hall Estate, Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, CV13 0LJ), VAT registered (VAT number: 507800311), fully insured and registered with the ICO. I work outside of IR35, have a freelance contract ready to go and am happy to sign NDA's.

We can catchup over Slack, email or video calls - these days I don't typically do in-person visits. We'll have regular catch-ups during projects so you can keep your end clients in the loop on progress.

When working solo / end to end on a project I use my own PM system, but if I need to collaborate with other developers on your team I happy to be invited in to your system.

The best place to start is a call - we can get to know each other and discuss the project requirements, from there I can share my ad-hoc freelance contract and provide a quote for your project.

Turnaround times vary by project complexity, but for smaller tasks, I can often start within 48 hours. For larger projects, I'll provide a clear timeline during the quoting phase.

Yes, I have professional indemnity insurance at a suitable level and can provide proof of coverage upon request.

Yes, I am happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. I often work on sensitive projects for agencies and maintain strict confidentiality.

Yes, my company is registered with the ICO and I am happy to sign data processing agreements.

In most cases agencies prefer for me to stay behind the scenes - but if needed for technical reasons I can provide client facing support for an additional fee.

No sorry, I don't offer branding services. However, I can recommend reputable freelance graphic designers and design agencies that can work with you to create a professional designs for your brand.

Yes, I provide managed hosting and maintenance packages to ensure your website or application stays secure and up-to-date.

Projects usually start with a discovery call to discuss your requirements. After that, I'll provide a fixed price quote with a detailed proposal outlining the requirements, specification, project timeline and payment schedule.

Yes you'll be involved at every stage from discovery to launch - visuals and prototypes will be sent for your approval and feedback, and a staging site is provided for testing and review.

All work comes with a 30 day zero bug fixes guarantee - so anything that goes wrong in the first 30 days will be fixed inclusive in the project cost. In the unlikely event that there is an issue after the 30 day period, I can quote for support as needed.

New projects require a 25% deposit, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, we can agree on milestone-based payments which will be detailed in the proposal. All quotes are exclusive of VAT and all invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Payment via bank transfer is preferred.
